    For now it seems they won't increase price on existing services. But if @SilverCreek decides to do something like that, my guess is that some of current customers will simply leave - this is a low-end market after all.

    In Kansas, you'll either land on a Xeon (which we're phasing out) or an EPYC 7742, 7402P or similar model (we have some various 7502s, etc.). We're working on bringing Genoa to our Kansas location as well.

    Yeah... 5 days and no resolution to my issue, 2 days of lack of response to the support ticket. I have never seen such a useless "support team". :D

    although the owner has recently had a child, this was the exact reason I decided to not renew my services with them.

    Support times really arent the best, although their new discord bot thing for support is cool I guess. Not much help can be done if you have to wait for someone higher up who is busy 24/7, though.
