Looking for a TikTok-friendly VPS with a high-trust IP

Hello LowEndTalk Community,

I'm searching for a high-trust VPS solution specifically for managing TikTok accounts. The success of this project depends almost entirely on the quality and perception of the IP address.

Here’s a breakdown of what I'm looking for:

The Core Requirement: IP Must Appear as Residential

The most critical need is an IP that is classified as "Residential" or "Mobile" by major IP intelligence services (like ipqualityscore.com).

It absolutely cannot be flagged as "Datacenter," "Hosting," or "Business."

Supporting Metrics:

To ensure it's truly "clean," the IP's risk/fraud score must be under 6%.

A "native" IP with no prior usage history is highly preferred.

I cannot use IPs from large public clouds (AWS, Google, Azure, etc.).

Location: Any location in the United States is acceptable.

My budget is around $20-30/year, but I am willing to be flexible for an IP that genuinely meets the residential-type requirement.

A test IP to verify its classification and score before purchase is essential.

I appreciate any leads on providers who specialize in these high-trust, residential-classified IPs.

Thank you for your help!

This is difficult since every public provider offering residential/mobile IPs will quickly be flagged. One option here is to get residential/mobile proxies and proxy traffic but I am not sure how well it will work with TT.

$20-30 I think it should for per month but not per year.

What you need are mobile proxies, and, to make your yearly budget be monthly and also increase it.

The reason I'm asking is that I was actually quoted a much lower price by one seller. They offered a Cogent IP for just $12.22/month, which, to be honest, seemed too good to be true. That's why I don't fully trust that offer.

It's exactly why I'm trying to find some reputable downstream providers of Cogent myself, so I can test the quality directly.

For context, the specific IP they were offering was 38.106.2.1.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding mobile proxies.

Unfortunately, the cost for those is a bit too high in my country and is more than I can accept for my budget right now.

That's why I'm still focused on finding a VPS with the best possible IP quality.

Hi, could you also send me the URLs of those service providers you mentioned via private message? I would like to test them out. Thank you!

Thing is, TikTok won't use the tools you're using to determine IP quality, most likely. You need IPs from a block not associated with hosting, used for browsing by humans.

Can you get a cheap sim card in your country? If so, you could setup your own proxy on it. Would be miles better than a VPS IP.

So why didn’t you choose his service? If he can offer you a price lower than $20–30 per year, I bet you won’t find more cheaper. Also, not all Cogent IPs are recognized as ISP; some IP addresses assigned to downstream providers are recognized as hosting.

Too good to be true and you want it for < $30/y?

You are right, that was a confusing typo on my part. My apologies! I meant to say my budget is around $20 to $30 per month, not per year. Thanks for catching that.

You've hit on the exact reason. The price being so low is precisely why I didn't choose it immediately. It seemed too good to be true.

My main goal is to understand how that's possible. I'm concerned about the legitimacy and long-term stability of an offer that is so far below the market rate. That's why I'm looking for other providers to compare and test.

I wish I could do that, it's a solid idea. But cheap SIM cards with good data plans are practically non-existent where I am. So for now, I'm stuck trying to find the next best thing.

I remember you replied in another comment section that you knew some niche, non-abused service providers. Would you be able to recommend them to me?

We might be able to provide Romanian/European ISP IP addresses, "residential" as you call them, but the budget is too low for this kind of services. $20-30 USD is the monthly price. These IP addresses are hard to find. Or you can try looking for some mobile proxies, but they might get more expensive than that.

may i know please how you do that? but how about the location? can you change that or it depends on the country where you bought the sim card?

which one is better buying a VPS with a high quality residentrial IP or buying a residential proxy (set it up on a VPN or on a VPS) or using a sim card as proxy?

Sim card far better, it’s a real 4/5g IP. Often, it’ll be where you got the sim, but honestly not too sure.

With my provider, rotating the IP is as simple as airplane mode on/off. Can be automated for sure with a dongle or something I’d bet. For Android I even think there might be apps.
