I tried contacting support 2 days back. Didn't get an answer yet. I wanted to check the support availability on how much time it will take in case I face an issue.
We have processed all the tickets. Sorry for the delay!

Is the 25% bonus going on?
There is currently no top-up bonus. If you have received a personalized bonus, this will of course apply.

I appreciate your quick response here on Low End Talk. I contacted you through [email protected]. I still don't have any response in my inbox. I don't know how to contact you through tickets as I don't have an account on your platform yet.
Nice! but limited :_(
Some people are getting less than 1000 single core score and you're getting over 1200. Same goes for multicore, people getting less than 3000 while you get 3841. Man, this is really confusing!
Looking forward to top-up bonus
I also once got below 1000 single core score, and I no longer use PrepaidHost.
It depends on the hypervisor load. Recently, I got a single core score at range of 1700 on @advinservers EPYC 7C13 fresh node.
Lately their network has been unreliable! The host claims they have no network problems, then sent me a webpage that pings my VPS and 21 of the 52 ping tests failed. My web monitoring which hits a webpage hosted on the VPS every 5 minutes has 83% uptime the last few days. I keep losing my connection to ssh / sftp.
Currently running a YABS and every network test failed

PING webpage with all the failures

Website Monitoring

I guess all this network downtime is normal! No problem here!
I assume you have created a ticket? Please tell me the ticket ID and I'll check it more closely. There is definitely no problem globally. See, for example, our Smokeping: https://smokeping.prepaid-host.com/smokeping/

They unblocked me the next day with a "check it please again" response.
No explanation of why it happened, I can understand that requesting all of the cpu process to compile for 30 minutes probably triggered something on their monitoring end.
Running for 30 minutes? Not a coincidence. That's how frequently they were checking for process names:
@hecatae You got banned because they saw a "gcc" or "clang" process running and it triggered their automated ban system. This alone is enough reason for me to avoid PrepaidHost forever
They claim to have stopped the process monitoring at least
Our website, including server administration, is now finally available in English and Chinese.

@PrepaidHost
Got a M server a while ago, initially in Frankfurt.
Noticed a few days ago that my IP is now attached to London (UK), a location I particularly ruled out when searching for a VPS.
Could you explain? How to revert back to Frankfurt, that I chose for specific reasons?
All IP addresses have their WHOIS in Frankfurt am Main. I don't know which lookup you are using, but there seems to be a problem. Please check the entries for the IP address at RIPE.
