But yeah, RN is pretty decent. Lots of people love to hate on them here, but Dustin is great at community engagement. I'm on a pretty old VPS now that I've had for about 5 years without any problems. Price is very reasonable IMHO.

Yes, all existing Shared & Reseller Hosting clients will be upgraded to our next generation platform at no extra cost. All new orders for any shared or reseller hosting plan from this point forward are already being deployed on the next-gen platform.

I wanted to follow up on this thread. We recently got migrated to one of the new nodes and also picked up a second reseller account, on a different node and the service has been phenomenal. Night and day difference from the original reseller server in LA!

I've never needed support so I can't speak to that, but I haven't had any downtime over several months of usage and the pricing is good.
It's been a few more months. I believe we have three reseller accounts with Racknerd now and one or two shared hosting accounts, all being used to test a new consumer SaaS website backup app. Since the investment that @dustinc and team made in that environment, the service and performance has been awesome. I said this back in August but what a night and day difference from the previous infrastructure. We continue to invest in Racknerd (we have quite a few VPS's as well) and appreciate the investments they make!
