Been using them for a couple of months now, 100% uptime so far.
Have VMs in St Petersburg and Latvia, both are solid. No complaints.

Haven't had to create a support ticket, so don't know about that.
Contacted live chat once for getting rest IPs, and it was answered in less than 5 mins.
The problem I’m facing is that while their servers are running fine — and I’m happy about that — they do not respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
I opened my latest ticket on 9th July, and it is still pending. Although they’ve read my message, there has been no response — not even on the support live chat.
I’m currently quite concerned: what if the server encounters an issue and no one responds?
There’s no way for me to access IPMI or the server console either. When I try to access it from their dashboard, it simply says: "Console not available."
