FijiHost has never advertised on LET, nor have we ever asked anyone to purchase our services through this platform. We have no connection with MetWeb — the two companies operate independently from different countries and have no business relationship whatsoever.
Now, addressing the current issue:
We have long-standing customers who have been using our services without any complaints. At no point did we force or persuade you to buy from us. You voluntarily accepted our terms at the time of purchase. Did you not read and agree to those terms? Did we ever promise unlimited port speed? No — we clearly offer unlimited bandwidth, and that’s exactly what you received. You've already consumed hundreds of terabytes without any throttling or restriction.
We recently restricted access from China — and yes, that decision was made due to repeated abuse from users in that region. If you consider this discrimination, so be it. You don't need to demand a refund; we will calculate your actual bandwidth usage and issue a refund for the unused portion — even though it's outside our policy.
As for the customer who claimed their double storage was not applied — please restart your VPS and check again. The upgrade has been applied.

That's just normal for sole proprietor (self employed).
You'd need to test against a known 10Gbps server to be sure, that server might only be 1Gb.
