    “We don’t limit traffic — even PB-level is okay.”

    I paid. Then came the excuse:

    “We have no hardware available right now.”

    They suggested I buy from FijiHost, which “is the same backend and team.”
    Fine. I went there. But FijiHost only accepted crypto.

    I contacted support and they offered an unofficial PayPal payment to a personal address. (Yeah, sketchy.) I paid again.

    🚩 The Issues Start
    ❌ Throttling & Fake Limits
    A few days in, my speeds dropped. Support asked about my usage (no usage policy was shown before purchase). I explained — they replied some activities like file sharing and P2P are not allowed.

    Later, a 20TB cap was silently applied. I caught it — they said:

    “It’s a bug in our system update.”

    It was lifted… only to throttle again days later.

    Another huge issue: when reinstalling from their panel, most OS templates produce incorrect SSH login credentials.

    A properly functioning host shouldn’t ship broken templates. This is basic.

    ⛔ No Refund = Pre-Planned Trap
    They clearly use their refund policy as a scam tool:

    ❗ No refund after 7 days

    ❗ No refund with >50% discount
    So they delay, stall, and “throttle” you until that window closes — then you're trapped.

    They abused that exact loophole in my case:

    System breaks

    Speed throttles

    Features restricted

    Refund denied

    After multiple tickets and no real action, support wrote:

    Clarification Regarding FijiHost and MetWeb

    FijiHost has never advertised on LET, nor have we ever asked anyone to purchase our services through this platform. We have no connection with MetWeb — the two companies operate independently from different countries and have no business relationship whatsoever.

    Now, addressing the current issue:

    We have long-standing customers who have been using our services without any complaints. At no point did we force or persuade you to buy from us. You voluntarily accepted our terms at the time of purchase. Did you not read and agree to those terms? Did we ever promise unlimited port speed? No — we clearly offer unlimited bandwidth, and that’s exactly what you received. You've already consumed hundreds of terabytes without any throttling or restriction.

    We recently restricted access from China — and yes, that decision was made due to repeated abuse from users in that region. If you consider this discrimination, so be it. You don't need to demand a refund; we will calculate your actual bandwidth usage and issue a refund for the unused portion — even though it's outside our policy.

    As for the customer who claimed their double storage was not applied — please restart your VPS and check again. The upgrade has been applied.

    This is nice, but in my case it's not about double storage. I still haven't received the server I've ordered on June 20th. Ticket #VIR-463267. I'd like to receive a reply.

    You'd need to test against a known 10Gbps server to be sure, that server might only be 1Gb.

    Check your VPS panel, Bandwidth is still unlimited. portal show cached data.

    1. About unlimited port speed, why don't you check my ticket and think about what your response was?
      (Because they shamelessly closed my account, I can't provide more screenshots for the time being, but my ticket in metweb has been tampered with, which is really a shameless act)

    They closed my account after replying to this ticket and changed their previous reply in the metweb ticket system. I am now waiting for your refund. I want to see when you will refund me.

    It's somewhat like a scam in my hometown, where they sell services at a lower price but fail to deliver on their promises for various reasons, then refer you to another service provider, making affiliate profits or price differences from it.

    You'd need to test against a known 10Gbps server to be sure, that server might only be 1Gb.

    It took them a week to reply to my message and make a so-called guarantee. I even suspect that they saw this post and came up with a delaying tactic.

    Check your VPS panel, Bandwidth is still unlimited. portal show cached data.

    I have sent you the speed test results countless times in the work order and also in the post. Please take a look at it yourself. I don't know where you came to the conclusion of "STILL UMLIMITED".
