I would like some advice on choosing a VPS
Hi friends,
I’m looking to buy around 10 VPS as cheaply as possible, ideally in the $5–10 per year range. I need them as gateways for VPN — basically, my blockchain testnet nodes will be going out to the internet through these servers. There’s nothing illegal, just standard testnet activity.
Key requirements:
Good speed and high uptime
Unmetered or reasonably high bandwidth (fair use is fine, but at least 1TB/month per VPS)
Static, dedicated IPv4 (not NAT, not shared IP)
Only my own VPN/testnet traffic, no public proxy or commercial VPN usage
Prefer locations in Netherlands, Germany, France, Lithuania, Czechia, Romania, but open to any EU country
I can pay by bank card or crypto, whichever is easier for the provider
The actual resources aren’t critical — they’ll just be running something lightweight like WireGuard or similar.
Any recommendations or offers are appreciated!

But this is way over my budget — I’m looking for something much cheaper, ideally $5–10 per year (not per month). I don’t need so many resources, just a minimal VPS with dedicated IPv4 is enough for my VPN gateway use case.

Hard to find dedicated IPv4 VPSs for $10/year in the EU, but keep an eye out for @DeluxHost offers. They've been doing offers for NL VPSs at €7/year and their service has been decent so far.
It's a pre-sale offer, so they deliver ~14 days after ordering, but so far they've been worth the wait.

You cannot find for that price unless you need IPv6 only and super tiny 256mb ram or something.
The IP addresses alone cost more.
Maybe on some introductory offer for first year or something you might get lucky and find. But they obviously will expect you to renew at full price.
I know you can't find something for the price you ask.
I would recomment you test Hetzner ARM CAX11/21 (choose debian os) VPS 100% running ok for VPN like tailscale, openvpn, wireguard, with 10G link... and possibility to have until 10 floating ip (ask for more). Should be enough to private network.I am very grateful to you, I will keep an eye on it
