I will like to join again once more but I hated the delay I encountered on my request to open the blocked port. Not everyone request this port opening for spamming purpose. If the port request will be opened quickly on my request I will like to get this new 14 days pre-order. Honestly I enjoyed all my VPS with deluxhost except for the firewall option which normally allow me to set some ports to ACCEPT which you later changed to FILTER. I really hate how much days I spent writing, explaining and explaining just for ports to set ACCEPT on the firewall rules

Thanks for your feedback, we're glad to hear you enjoyed your VPS with us overall.

Regarding the port opening delays, we usually respond quickly, but in some cases, especially with new clients, we must run extra checks to prevent abuse like spam, which has caused issues in the past. These controls help protect the network for everyone.

As for the firewall, all ports are open by default (for the 25 you need a ticket), but we can’t allow unrestricted ACCEPT rules, as some users have misused them to run DDoS traffic or create unprotected setups against us. That's why we apply filters by default, to keep the platform safe and stable.

If you decide to return, we’ll be happy to have you back and assist with any specific requests.

There are no hard limits, but we are approximately around 5/10TB monthly.
