I think it doesnt matter what someone ate years ago - from my side, we‘ll enforce what is contractually agreed - no matter if its a supplier or a customer, there is law for exactly that case; Public discussion wont change anything.
It will actually change the public opinion of you. And i dont think in a good way, atleast what you have done here in general is not good for you or your company in any way.
I dont see any point in discussing this further, the public oppinion here was made up with the first - potentially unlawful post.

I believe (even if there are some degenerates here) that people will still be able to understand the subjective opinion in a differentiated way.
The situation is different, however, when the company being criticized immediately becomes personal, even though it appears to be legally superior according to its own statements.
To summarize it overall: Even if you ignore the first post, your response and all things you posted here summed up paints a bad picture of you and your business.

You could just admit that you can't afford to let @AS203446 cancel the contract as you are bound by the terms of your providers. Hence the 'kid' comments.
Three months of service payments for a service that isn't any longer being used is ridiculous.

I can only point into the direction, there is a law in Germany - therefore I'd be careful with certain false assumptions (especially as a citizen), to talk about that until a court has ruled over the same. Even after that, it's better to stay silent, because you can get into seriously expensive trouble and the public blame sheds a bad light on your own business.
In fact, 2023 we had multiple employees - same as today. There's also quite some other stuff around, which doesnt fit the reality but sheds a wrong light. It's not only about that at all, initially and multiple times I offered a three month payment agreement to cancel the twelve month contract - but that went declined by the customer. Thats publically known in writing.
To be fair: Alexander is a decent guy, but what happened here is not decent at all. If you have a dispute, you keep it between you and the other party.
Now we're in a - I'd call this pat situation:
To be fair: We're checking what we can do in terms of the last offer by the customer. However, thats not longer in my hands after what happened. I've been kind of patient for about six months, that patience is nearing an end. Do the same with someone else, it will be less nice.
To talk about expenses, those are well documented in our accounting and if you consider the capacity, it will become clear that aurologic invests for every customer using our services at a certain stage. As you may know, DCI equipment and routers arent cheap, 100k are easily gone in zero time.
PS: All our suppliers and I'm sure my monthly amount of payables is a well grown one, are not handled like that - even if there is something to dispute. Hence the wording 'kid' related to the way this was brought into public, which might have not been too nice

You’re understandably upset that what he’s writing makes you look bad, but then you post things like what I quoted above which makes you look even worse.

The guy is burying himself with these public posts (which can and will be used as evidence!) all you can accuse Joseph of is having emotions... I would react the same way if I cared, but I do not.
Most people, especially genuine people, care very much when you accuse them of nefarious things.
Joseph did absolutely nothing wrong here.
The law is the law at the end of the day; I have contracts that I signed years ago, which expired, and the companies beg me to renew them, but I would STILL have to notify them 90 days prior if I wanted to cancel. That is simply how the law works.
Even if you're in Zimbabwe or Monaco.
Read up on the law, or hire a lawyer... stop pretending to be on the call to 3 different lawyers whilst bashing a completely normal provider online.

You keep harping on about age. Are you actually making a point or just hoping if you say “ignorant” enough it sticks? Nobody’s learning anything from people acting superior because of their age or “business experience.” For someone who claims they “started at 12,” you sure spend a lot of time telling others what to do, despite running your offshore company.
How old are you, by the way? You are hiding behind a company based in the Seychelles, offering “offshore hosting” services. If I were you, I’d stay quiet instead of judging someone else’s decision to post things publicly.

Regardless of what side of the law we are on, we have to remember that you can't ignore the rules (you know which ones: of the tax man!). Especially if you are not working as a GmbH.

First I was neutral. But after I saw again and again and again how stubborn you are I began doubting you because while, yes, @jh_aurologic did have some weak moments, you consistently acted stubbornly.
The final straw was your response to @Verasel, even going so far to "counter-attack" although he didn't attack you at all but merely was stupid enough (sorry, Verasel) to still think that you might listen to advice and to still try. And you reacted just like a bitch feeling attacked and hitting back.

Not once have I claimed to be a saint, nor have I ever claimed that I am here to obey the trolls, or Internet warriors.
There are too many people with nothing to do who try and de-platform others and claim that they are doing good things, whilst being completely ignorant to the fact that some things are the way that they are for a reason.
1) Acting upon a complaint EVEN after you contact 10 DIFFERENT TRANSIT, and NOBODOY DOES ANYTHING should tell you something, unless you are completely oblivious to common sense. If I say anything more, I will be a moron for doing so.
2) One thing that EVERY NORMAL ABUSE DEPARTMENT tells you is to IMMEDIATELY contact your LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT and PRESERVE ALL OF THE EVIDENCE. Meaning; even if it may incriminate you: DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING. Hand over your phone, and/or your devices to your LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT and let them do their thing.
3) DO NOT BELIEVE (AT LEAST NOT THAT EASILY) to Social Media Posts. Disinformation is everywhere, and it's so easy for people to post things that CANNOT be verifiable.
4) WHEN I SAY THAT THEY CANNOT BE VERIFIABLE I mean it in such a way that there is no forensic trail to follow. There is nothing of note to be used for the hosting operator, the transits, the police -- absolutely nobody.
You have to follow a direct chain of procedure, you simply cannot rely on random posts and decide that this guy is bad, and that guy is good. If it worked like that, Law Enforcement Agencies wouldn't be spending up to 1M EUR on some "small" investigations such as IPTV and your typical re-streaming, let alone ransomware, and things that are actually noteworthy.
Please, for the love of all that is worthy, try to think of it like this:
Some aren't up to people's liking, some people deem them illegal (and they may be illegal in their country), but one thing I cannot say is that you can simply make blanket statements such as X is illegal because I read a post on a Y website.
The world doesn't work like that.
Correct procedure is the following it, and it is THE ONLY correct procedure for the perpetrator(s) to be brought to justice:
1. Contact the LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, EXPLAIN EVERYTHING PROPERLY AND THOROUGHLY.
2. BE RESPONSIVE TO THE INVESTIGATING OFFICERS.
3. SHARE AS MANY DETAILS AS POSSIBLE DURING THE INVESTIGATION.
4. IF THEY ASK YOU TO CONTACT THE PERPETRATOR(S), AND IF THE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND/OR YOUR PARENTS AGREE THAT YOU ARE UP TO IT, THEN DO SO.
Once again... Internet may be seen as a big serious of tubes by some, but it's such a complex web that it involves people from all over the world, all sorts of departments, registries, NGO's, everyone... and we all have a role to play.
Some don't play such a good role publicly, but I hoped to explain things from the perspective of "Online Entertainment" (Internet Pornography, Webcam Industry, Casino, etc) and not so much from the other part of it, e.g. IPTV, Re-Streaming, etc. Those that have experience in such fields can share their experiences if they wish.
Me? Personally? If anything, I am here to try and help people if I can, and if I can't... I most certainly won't refuse to help anyone... be it a random person sending me an email, IM, or a customer. Simply not the person to ignore, unless I am offline.
