NameCrane, I got a fraud alert after paying, they said I am using a proxy but I use my ISP directly

So, I just purchased offloadsql from namecrane, and after payment successfully using a credit card from redotpay, they said that I am a fraud because of my IP, they accused me of using VPN/proxy, but I just used the internet directly to my ISP without any proxy or VPN. I don't know what my ISP doing that I got rejected to buy some service in namecrane.
Did anyone have the same problem with namecrane? Do you mind sharing your process so that I can buy on namecrane, or should I choose another provider? I need the managed DB and email hosting.
I already opened a ticket but they said I need to change the internet connection. And I think changing ISP just to purchase a service is not a good idea because I need to pay more for the cable length and the internet pole.

I think it's my ISP's problem, my ISP IP has a high fraud score, and there is a RES proxy detected when I checked at https://www.ip2proxy.com/

Yes, your ISP is doing CGNAT I guess and at least 1 of the users behind that IP has malware/etc on it that acts as a RES proxy.

I need a push notification for iOS or Android when there is a new email. Let me check the docs and other discussions about Email hosting in NameCrane first, my existing email hosting sometimes didn't send the notification.
That's a pita, indeed. In Germany ISPs also tend to use CGNAT at times, which can be annoying for the reasons mentioned before. Hate it with a passion.

I tried that https://www.ip2proxy.com/ site against one of my IPs I have and it says its a VPN and a fraud score of 94.
While it is a VPN for me only and I don't do anything that would warrant fraud or abuse. I don't get why it would score it that high considering its only my traffic. I'm skeptical of sites like that.

94 eh? I tested my ISP's IP, and I got a fraud score of 97. And it's not even a VPN. That's why the system marked my order as fraud when I bought cranemail back in April. But @Francisco helped me resolve it.
