    Yes, I upgraded last week and the discount carried over. You may need the double bandwidth to be reapplied after the upgrade. Open a ticket with support and they will generate the upgrade invoice and get you upgraded.

    I bought a package 2GB but later upgraded to 4GB as windows was struggling in previous.

    I don't see any invoice against the upgradation.

    With the coupon, the price seems very appealing. Will the coupon price remain the same forever, or is it only valid for the first month?
    Is the double bandwidth offer also permanent, or is it only for one month?

    Yes the coupon lasts through renews for the life of that service. This includes upgrades.

    I'm using my Linveo VPS not even as a server but as a remote computer that I RDP into (over SSH) from anywhere on my laptop to get work done. Open RDP and boom all my open programs are still there, sitting on a 9950X CPU, ready to resume work again. I don't need to keep my desktop on 24/7 anymore (which has a more-measly 9900k).

    I legit may not even need to buy a 9950X CPU since paying for this VPS for 5 years is cheaper than buying a 9950X (only for it to become old tech in 5 years). If anyone is looking for a remote desktop computer or wants real-time access to a powerful CPU, this is the best VPS I have found to fulfill that need at an affordable price.

    If I had to keep only one non-storage service, it'd be my Linveo AMD VPS. As @Not_Oles himself said, you can use the VPS to get actual work done.
