    i used their looking glass to ping both of linode and a gsl networks' ip, and they go through london, any help?

    You need a JP VPS as proxy, to route all your traffic from it.
    Otherwise some traffic goes back to Europe.

    i am indeed using jp vpses, they still go through eu

    oh it's the vds.ru one that doesn't work, edgecenter's goes through the submarine cable to japan just fine, but it's slightly overpriced

    RUVDS has good network to xTom, Misaka, https://www.silicloud.com/ (these guys usually do deals here), claw.cloud (Alibaba), Vultr, and a few more

    Astana and Almaty do get stock quite frequently. Omsk hasn't yet, but will probably do in the coming weeks. Except EU locs, everything else usually gets stock.
