Vladivostok is routed via khabarovsk, so if its latency sensitive, might not work for him.
Inside RU probably, but there are some links from Vladivostok to Japan, Singapore, ... Which is a reason some people like this loc.

i will be using it to route with my jp vps to accelerate ru to jp connectivity, 10 or 20 higher ping is acceptable
90ms nice, the best I see via my mesh, is 102ms.

my HH VPS in Singapore goes via GSL until it reaches Rostelecom tho
You need a JP VPS as proxy, to route all your traffic from it.
Otherwise some traffic goes back to Europe.

oh it's the vds.ru one that doesn't work, edgecenter's goes through the submarine cable to japan just fine, but it's slightly overpriced
They sold them recently for 300 and then for 500 RUB.
For some reason right now, the prices are sky high.
Maybe wait for a promo.
