Option #2 has already been implemented. We perform all of the announcements free of charge.
@MrRadic how long does it take to change the announcements? We want to be able to fail over quickly to different datacenter (Ideally with anycast).
I'll need more information. Typically with any cast, when BGP goes offline it'll stop routing to that data center.

We offer this as a free service, fully automated through our customer portal Flux.
For clients or resellers that need us to announce their IPs and stick it on a VLAN, we do that aswell.
