Was just reading your ticket. Let me see what the promo advertised. The speed is correct for the plan, but I may have manually overridden it in the past as part of some promo.

    Choose IPv4 Addresses: 1 IPv4 Address (Default)
    Choose Network Speed: 5Gbps Port

After purchasing, I tested it and the network speed was 5Gbps Port until the data was lost.

Thanks. Now on mobile, but will be back to my desk in a couple of hours. When I go through and add the free month of service to those impacted I'll also look to see what plan/promo they had and adjust speeds accordingly.

Fair compensation, explained the situation in complete detail.

To me, prem, and happy to be your customer. Whilst I haven't been affected by this since I wasn't on that node, I've been through several data losses with other providers and very few do the right thing.

Perhaps you can schedule the backups to be automatically done every so few days in all VMs? And maybe in the future, if you have the infra (I assume you do since you offer a free backup to everyone), make a backup of the VMs in the whole node before any non-urgent maintenance.

What a mess, sorry for the troubles @MannDude and clients. Bit late to wish you well but seems like you did the needful.

  • Same - speed dropped

@MannDude said: Been busy and haven't messed with SEV-ES much in recent days. Will loop back to it soon. Will be extra, due to manual setup and because not everyone needs it or may not appreciate the limitations it may impose on the VM. (Slight performance overhead, no snapshots, etc) Likely a one time setup fee, as im not seeing any way to automate it at setup

A casual bump up. Now the data loss drama is [hopefully] over, it would be great to come back to SEV-ES please.

  • Are there any promotional activities currently available

  • @MannDude said: Will loop back to it soon

    Another bump.

  • Got a plan super late, so I guess I'll paste the order number just in case: 9068979806

then buy one additional for me if its sub 10 or $10.............................I really want one @ISP any chance something cheap for me? 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

Cheap? What did you have in mind?

$40/yr for 2 vCPU / 4GB RAM / 40GB NVMe / 40TB BW @ 4Gbps is already cheap. Even more so if you take advantage of the $100 for four year plan. ;)

With that said, I do have some ideas for flash deals but they'll be smaller plans.

My panel says 4000 GB (4 TB), and the ad in the OP says 4 TB as well so I assume you meant that.

What about the vps storage offer you mentioned?

I'm still mulling it over. Will have to be provisioned in Virtualizor (uhg). Let me see what I can whip up while it's fresh on the mind, however.

    HDD STORAGE DEALS

    HDD STORAGE DEALS

    HDD STORAGE DEALS

    HDD STORAGE DEALS

    HDD STORAGE DEALS

Okay, this is what I've come up with....

    Available now:

    OR

Upgraded HDD space is basically $0.05/GB which is cheap. Both only available annually. No 4 year craziness for these. :)

    Very limited supply with these!

HDD storage size can be changed on plan 2 but not plan 1?

  • Happy Birthday 🥳

I recommend opening a ticket with IncogNet on the matter.
