Client panel resolved now. Sorry about that. Our loadbalancer IP was apparently never whitelisted on F2B.
our regular support staff didn't have access to whitelist it.
Servers in LA had no outage today caused by anything on our end. If you have a ticket open for the issue in LA we can take a look however we saw no outage on any client services. Just the portal.

The CPU shown on our website is the "most likely" CPU for a service to be placed on. We guarantee 3.5Ghz+ Core speed and other factors which this CPU meets.
If you open a ticket I can see if a 7945HX server has room for you but I don't understand the need to move when the 7940HX is only ~5% performance difference.
