In india , running datacenters cost damn high. In southside of india for business electricity per unit of cost 0.10$ to 0.20$ and finding network for server cost damn high with limited bandwidth. So india is expensive for running a datacenters. If you still run datacenter then the cost of hosting in india is damn high. So most of indian prefer servers from EU and US. Per month 20GB storage web hosting in india location cost 6$ like that

I see this happening more and more in EU with 100% remote IT work contract (for freelancers!) in UK/English IT job board but for each role you have to be located inside a specific country for that role (Spain, Portugal, Czech Rep or Poland usually).
Same in US, lot of 100% remote work published in Linkedin for example but you need to either be US national or already have green card/W-2 work permit.
Well, in some cases with @MannDude I see that it was necessary for him to have a 100% native American surname in the USA because a Hector/Ramon cannot work for him being a citizen or to speak 100% English another (MAGA / FUCK / STUPID/ CRAZY / FUCK TACO )
Google Technopark Trivandrum and be sure to visit that place. Have you heard of Hostdime? Their office runs at Technopark. Just to name one in hosting field. Lot of IT companies run their offices in Technopark Trivandrum.

If he wants to hire Indians, he is free to do so, if you want to apply regardless, I’m pretty sure he would welcome the idea assuming you are an L3 level candidate who is worth having in his team.
That will increase all services cost out of from your pocket.

If you have good contacts you will get similar rack cost like EU, US in india.
Even electicity cost is less or similar than EU currently.
but network cost is still very costly. About €1000 for 1Gbit 95%
We have racks in india now, and its running pretty smooth.
Cost is manageble atleast we can offer similar price as compared other Asia–Pacific Locations, eg: Singapore..

Just checked their blend and ran some ping tests - it is TATA (T1 - AS6453), Airtel (AS9498) and Jio, that is possibly the best blend you can get out of India. TATA and Jio can get you sorted domestically (Jio is the No.1 ISP based on customer size) and Airtel and TATA can get you sorted for international connectivity.

Re India, to be perfectly honest, I neither know nor care about connectivity inside India (but of course wish that the Indians soon have (a) good, and (b) not too expensive connectivity). I only care(d) about the good global connectivity of @HostDZire's India VPS, and that it is, really good (as in "more attractive for what I have in mind and need than e.g. Leaseweb's SGP VPS)".
