The upgrade feature of this host's control panel is broken.

The VPS isn't actually upgraded

The VPS control panel also shows the old specs, even after shutting down the server and booting it.
Support said the 20% discount would remain after the upgrade - it didn't. Support said to reboot the VPS from the panel to get it to upgrade - that didn't work. The next person didn't even read the ticket!
I will check your ticket asap, but usually this is how it works, reboot and it should upgrade
Ok. At the moment the billing panel and VPS panel still show the old specs, so even if I restart nothing will happen.
My payment was taken though!
No update to the ticket, but it hasn't been 24 hrs since the last "question" was asked.

I don't understand why you are so aggressive, Getting angry will not speed up the process, which is usually automatic, and we are already seeing what did not work.

This host is still numerically challenged!
They claim the VPS has 4GB of memory, but it actually has 1.87 GB!
As you can see, there are no problems with the ram that is set to 4GB, simply in the installation did you check that you did not put the SWAP option, which could have taken more RAM?
If you still need help, i ask you to reopen the ticket.
I do not think this is the right site to talk about it.
