Let me explain how the migration fee is calculated:
1. When a client submits a ticket for migrating from SolusVM to Virtfusion, our technician must perform several tasks: verify resource availability, create a new plan in WHMCS equivalent to the client’s previous plan, delete the VMs in SolusVM, recreate them in Virtfusion, transfer the IPv4 address from SolusVM to Virtfusion, and update the randomized IP to the original one, as most clients prefer to retain their existing IP address. This process also involves back-and-forth communication with the client for confirmation.
2. A single migration request, as described above, requires significant administrative time. Even mass-migrating an entire node from SolusVM to Virtfusion is time-consuming, as the process is manual. If we offered free migrations for every case, we’d face thousands of tickets, leading to complaints about inconsistencies, such as why Client A’s migration was processed but Client B’s was not.
At our scale, we must conduct migrations gradually. Mass migrations would require adding additional 1:1 nodes in Virtfusion, not to mention that some clients prefer to remain on SolusVM.
We realized the value of your word
What's a difference between SG DC1 and DC2?
Not the names but the features and benefits.
All the hardwork behind the scenes!
They are different DCs with different routing/transit.
I realize that. What's the transit for each DC?
DC1: https://bgp.he.net/AS8888
DC2: https://bgp.he.net/AS59253
We have test IPs/test files that you can use perform network tests: https://green.cloud/data-centers.php
Updates:
1. We are adding more nodes in Amsterdam. Current customers on E5 SolusVM nodes will receive a free upgrade to EPYC Rome, with the option to remain on SolusVM or migrate to Virtfusion. This upgrade is expected to be completed in June. Similar upgrades will follow in Frankfurt, DE; Coventry, UK; and Hanoi, VN. We kindly encourage you to purchase moarrr VPS plans, enabling us to invest in moarrrrrrrrr hardware and accelerate these upgrades!
2. We plan to introduce several new locations in the coming months. Further details will be shared once they are finalized.

Yeah we are planning to add at least 2 new locations.
Our next flash sale is tentatively scheduled for 4th of July or when the new locations are live.
At least throw us a bone and say the continent! ;')
Chile?
I don't want GreenCloud to come to India.
They will add 18% GST over the invoice amount (for all invoices / for all locations).
Please keep yourself away from India.
i hope next flash shale would be storage vps at sg. need to backup my old nas at home.
Jakarta (Indonesia) has incredible potential, considering its population of over 200 million. Currently, Singapore is the closest option. Many of your customers on the Singapore server are likely originally from Indonesia.
For what I've seen, most (if not all) traffic from Indonesia is backhauled to Singapore, so...
I obviously, as GC / @NDTN just demonstrated, have good reasons to keep them high up on my 'preferred providers' list ...
Looking forward to your new locations, products, and offers, GreenCloud!
ISP in Indonesia has bad peering everytime. So it doesn't matter if ID or SG. But if ndtn wants to add Indonesia as new location, Batam is the best choice, because Batam is Free Trade Zone area, so you don't have to pay any taxes.
Oracle also available in Batam.
AWS, Google Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud have already entered Jakarta, Indonesia. So I am confident that everything will get better in the future. There are no affordable solutions for VPS with large HDD storage in Indonesia yet. Sorry, I am speaking as a user of applications such as Nextcloud
May i know what is your current internet provider? If Telkom/Telin (AS7713) then you have to say goodbye with good latency even if the server is located in Indonesia (read this: https://www.domainesia.com/berita/jaringan-telkom/). I know you can switch, but what about others, your visitor? They have the biggest customer base among the country, so yeah it's sad but nothing you can do.
@aulyaryan
Yes, Telkom
There will be at least a location for our Aussie friends
Unfortunately there will be no India or Chile location in the near future.
@NDTN can you do IceLand/ Greenland?
