Seedbox + private trackers = easy; since you're lacking of time, automate with rss feeds.
it depends what you're going for. a healthy blend of private trackers (which requires a TON of ratio, so cross-seeding) where usenet is just indexer and provider then grab as much as you want. if you are looking for obscure, old, or super high quality then you need to have a blend to really find what you're looking for. its really not one or the other if you actually are looking for quality or specifics

I use Premiumize. It lets me watch anything from a huge catalog at high quality, right away, without downloading anything in advance. It's also really cheap if you buy a multi-year subscription.
Usenet is more or less the same in terms of availability, except files die because of DMCA and not because the one seeder halfway around the world decided to stop seeding while you were at 99%. DMCA shouldn't be a problem with legal ISOs though.
In terms of speed, Usenet is faster because it's essentially direct download rather than p2p which relies on the person/people seeding the file.
Overall, Usenet costs money but is faster and p2p is (usually) free but slower.
