How do they still have access after PR claims to have blocked all outside traffic to the servers? At this point we shouldn't trust anything they say.
As this situation continues to escalate, (and ColoCrossing have evidently lost control of a part of their infrastructure at this point), I'd strongly suggest those who are not currently affected, (Dedis, Colos, Affiliates), should start implementing a disaster and recovery plan in case they find a way to pivot into other parts of the company.
