Claw‘s technical team is a group that doesn’t understand computer networks; they can’t even handle basic traffic shaping.
Claw's official support system provided incoherent AI-generated responses, even misidentifying my device model. When I raised concerns about speed throttling in their official group, I was silenced and removed. How does Claw justify this? Last month, I explicitly urged them to transparently disclose their speed limit policies—only to now face restrictions under those very rules. This company suppresses feedback while portraying itself as fair. Hypocritical and unprofessional.
Wherever you go, a bad reputation will follow.

I hope the bandwidth is real.
Your rate limiting policy is understandable, but it needs clearer transparency. Customers should be clearly informed under what circumstances rate limiting will occur. We hope you can grow and succeed; the market truly lacks high-quality providers, especially those with reasonable pricing.
You need to learn from this experience and deliver better service. Passively ignoring issues is not the answer. You must genuinely acknowledge your mistakes and take concrete steps to rectify the situation. Honestly, your PR approach has come across as dismissive and damaged trust.
We look forward to seeing positive changes.
My vps with them is down lmao
The merchant's handling methods and attitude are overly arrogant. The reason given for the restriction policy is that it affects the user experience. However, the negative user experience brought about by the implementation of the restriction policy is not addressed, which is a contradiction. It's hard not to doubt the merchant's original intention.
Chargeback yesterday
I purchased a VDS from Clawcloud strictly as a backup. Since buying it, I’ve barely used the machine—there’s only a server monitoring tool running. My plan includes 1TB of bandwidth per month, and since the bandwidth reset this month, I had only used 753MB in 18 days.
Recently, I noticed some Chinese forums discussing bandwidth throttling issues with Clawcloud, so I checked my own server. To my shock, my original 1Gbps bandwidth had been throttled down to just 1Mbps—despite barely any usage.
I submitted a ticket to ask why I was being throttled. The only reply I got was:
“we are unable to inform you of the specific bandwidth management strategy at this moment.”
So Clawcloud will throttle your speed without any apparent reason, and they won’t tell you why. That’s my personal experience. Whether you choose this provider is up to you, but I won’t be renewing.
12/year would be a good buy
And with bandwitch 1.2mbps, perfect.
I think not for all, maybe only a few, yeah, it is bad when they do that, but for those who don't need too much bandwidth or speed, only low latency, it should be fine.
Low latency? Absolutely—your site opens in 20ms, very efficient. But with 1Mbps bandwidth and 80% packet loss during image downloads, the performance collapses under actual usage. Perhaps it should also be optimized for ADSL—just to make the 'efficiency' complete.
Yeah, I understand that sentiment, and I will also feel bad if I experience the issue, actually, I did, and the response from their CS is the same, so it's really case-to-case basis, mine works fine, and running a website under webp-lossy loads fine even at slow speeds. I get what I paid for.
I'm not defending them or anything, just throwing some little sentiment. That 12/year would be good for this offer. I need another one for some little project
Thank you everyone for highlighting your experience with Claw.Cloud.
But if you all keep sending messages here, you'll bump Claw.Cloud's advertisement and they'll keep being on the front page and gain more views and more customers.
Instead of bumping this thread just let this thread sink to page 3-4 by not sending here anything...
感谢大家分享你们在 Claw.Cloud 的体验。

我爱你们所有中国人,请不要再在这里留言了。
Look, deep down, nobody actually wants ClawCloud to disappear. We’re just going hard like this to make them start taking their customers seriously and finally listen up. Their products are legit solid, but they totally dropped the ball on the whole network restrictions thing. They just haven’t handled that part right.
I would call claw and mjj the biggest clowns of 2025 🤡🤣👉🤡
Do you really think you’re clever? With a staggering 91% of users opting for monthly payments, it only proves that you dare to do as you please with an overwhelming majority of your customer base. You’ve already taken a month’s payment from those 91%—only to turn around and accuse them of server abuse without providing any advance notice or meaningful response. Tell me, out of this 91%, how many of the users you’ve throttled have actually received a refund?
This is outright fraud. No matter how many server plans you offer, if today you can dare to arbitrarily throttle some customers without justification, ignore their support tickets, and refuse refunds, tomorrow you could single out any user and do whatever you please. This isn’t about server specs—it’s a matter of trust and credibility.
Shame on you! Shame on Alibaba Cloud!
🤡
Just ping, still there
P/S: 200Mbps
Well, at least the promo code is not one time use per account now lol.
Although my order is currently pending, not sure if it's related to attacks on the site, or simply undergoing additional verification.
Now the speed limit is 50Mbps.
clawcloud has bitten off more than what they can chew by targeting the Chinese market.
As you said, can you change my server to month-to-month payment and refund the remaining value back to my account balance? Changing the speed limit policy after my purchase is a serious breach of trust. Since you changed the policy, it means you have breached the contract. Since a refund is not possible, I request the refund to my balance. Otherwise, you are an untrustworthy business. https://img.erpweb.eu.org/imgs/2025/05/c003d01c95ab6ee5.jpg

Why would you even want to continue dealing with an entity that so blatantly lied to get your money?

Owned by Chinese, care for your security!
I'd much rather give my data to a Chinese company, than to a US one.
