I think that applies to many providers
If you didn't do the refund, you'd have to worry about the client doing
chargeback yesterday
and that's why im not a provider lol
apart from having no knowledge of servers
I did provide MTR reports multiple times
edit: Yes I did troubleshoot, it's clearly on his side and nothing i can do on the vps it self to fix it, i can't manage his network routing and such.
Get a refund/chargeback and proceed to others LET providers.
Oh, I hope to God I never get you as a client. I'm exhausted just by reading this. For all that is Holy, save us all the trouble and don't get hosting from any providers here. LOL.
I hope other LET providers don't have to deal with OP.
Today was NUXOA day to deal with an arrogant and ignorant customer.
VPN will always have higher latency, try MTU / Sysctl tweakings
Sometimes DC firewall causes this!
maybe you should use iperf3 to test your network, not just ping
I stand with what I've said.
Well in the future if you expect us to personal army for you post evidence of provider shittery. What you've posted here is you being a rude and entitled brat and the provider being fairly tolerant.
Also don't use imgur.
You didn't mention MTR in the OP nor were you specific in what they needed to fix with the routes. Otherwise, you'd have already clearly stated what needs to be done.
Your skills at providing debug and requesting a specific solution are garbage.
