Q. How long will my server take to be delivered?
A. Instant buy servers are instant on payment. Target for servers which require RAM or disk modifications will take up to 24 hours. If the Base model/CPU is not listed under instant buy the lead time may be longer.
Q. Is the bandwidth really unmetered?
A. A fair usage policy applies. If you exceed 2Gbps we may apply QOS with 2Gbps guaranteed, and the excess bandwidth will be assigned to bulk traffic and maximum speed may vary depending on network load. There are no over usage fees and you can maintain 10Gbps should bandwidth be available, we will not limit your server to any capped speeds.
Q. Do you ignore DCMA complaints.
A. Upon DCMA we give you 72 hours to acknowledge and confirm action before suspension. As long as complaints are not excessive, no further action will be taken.
Q. Can I use these servers for scanning or attacks?
A. This activity generates abuse complaints. If you do not resolve these then you may get permeant suspension.
Q. Can I use for Streaming IPTV?
A. As IPTV involves broadcasting content owned by other copyright holders then this activity is forbidden. We detect IP's with unusual traffic peaks during major sporting events, and bandwidth may be restricted pending your response if traffic rises during these events beyond normal levels
Q. Can I bring my own IP's, ASN or have BGP
A. Yes! With your own IP's you also can manage your own abuse complaints reducing the risk of suspension.

This may be because of 30 minute cache, it shows correctly on my tests. Please let me know if it does not update shortly for you.
Servers are unmetered as there are no overage charges. Please read the FAQ above. Customers who use more than 2Gbps can still do 10Gbps subject to availability in the bandwidth pool, but this is not guaranteed at all times.
To be clear there is no speed cap ever applied to servers as per the FAQ.
Shieeett, I feel like a lot of people who bought the previous deals are about to get rug pulled. And I kinda called it here too. GLWS but I personally do not work well with providers that have Fair use policies.
No, there is no 660TB limit, or 2Gbps limit. Please see above comment. Customers can use 10Gbps unmetered subject to bandwidth being available.

Absolutely not, and customers who have previous servers have already been upgraded to 10Gbps with no fair usage policy where they have 1 server.

in a shocking turn of events, 10gbps unmetered for $100 a month isn't sustainable.
I think what they are saying is they don’t meter, but don’t expect a fully dedicated 10G will always be available when everyone’s blasting their port. What they can guarantee is about 2G per server.

Lets do some maths here....
For a dedicated server, you have to factor in the Hardware, Network, Power & Support costs.
For Traffic & Power;
Even if you considering an unrealistic case of 100% peering traffic, cost of bandwidth alone for a true 10 Gbps unmetered setup is at least $150/month.
Add to that the power consumption of high-performance servers, which typically ranges between $80–$100/month, and you’re already looking at over $200/month in baseline costs and that’s before factoring in hardware depreciation, support, or infrastructure overhead.
So offering a True 10 Gbps unmetered server at $100/month isn’t just unsustainable, it’s financially reckless.
That said, it was a clever short-term marketing move to grab attention.
There’s definitely something to learn here from OnlyServers & Dan, about driving awareness, but long-term sustainability is questionable.

We don't currently except crypto.
All Network Ports have no speed caps, and can run at full speed.
i.e:
10Gbps port can run at 10Gbps
25Gbps port can run at 25Gbps
However all ports are subject to a fair usage policy.
For 10Gbps ports the fair use options are:
For 25Gbps ports, only 300TB+ upload per month is offered.
If you exceed the fair usage policy, then your speeds maybe restricted. But never to a hard cap. You will receive 2Gbps guaranteed which can burst up-to 10Gbps should the bandwidth be available in a shared pool. Customers may therefore find speeds during peak hours are slower than off-peak.
So in essence, yes - if you exceed the FUP then you maybe "contended" affectively at 5:1 ratio. If you do not exceed the FUP then you are not contended which gives you the guarantee of your max speed.
Only your server outbound traffic is counted. Inbound is therefore completely unrestricted and does not count towards the FUP.

Unmetered != unlimited
unmetered = no charging (metering) for usage
unlimited = no restrictions on usage (like FUP)

As explained, our servers have FUP, our and if you exceed the FUP then speeds may be restricted through pooling of bandwidth exceeding 2Gbps - but they are certainly unmetered as you can push traffic without any extra charges.
Even 2g for the price is a banging deal so cant argue with this, thanks for clarifying
