Q. How long will my server take to be delivered?
A. Instant buy servers are instant on payment. Target for servers which require RAM or disk modifications will take up to 24 hours. If the Base model/CPU is not listed under instant buy the lead time may be longer.
Q. Is the bandwidth really unmetered?
A. Yes! There is a Fair Usage of 4000TB per customer account per month. Which is more than enough for 1 server to do 10Gbps 24/7/365.
Q. Do you ignore DCMA complaints.
A. Upon DCMA we give you 72 hours to acknowledge and confirm action before suspension. As long as complaints are not excessive, no further action will be taken.
Q. Can I use these servers for scanning or attacks?
A. This activity generates abuse complaints. If you do not resolve these then you may get permeant suspension.
Q. Can I use for Streaming?
A. As long as there is no copyright infringement then yes. We detect IP's with unusual traffic peaks during major sporting events, and bandwidth may be restricted pending your response if traffic rises during these events beyond normal levels.
Q. Can I bring my own IP's, ASN or have BGP
A. Yes! With your own IP's you also can manage your own abuse complaints reducing the risk of suspension.

So, there is a meter that measures how much bandwidth you utilize and cuts the service off after 4000TB? Why don’t you call it “10G 4000TB BW dedicated server” instead?

A server using 10Gbps flat over 31 days would be under 3348TB as you say. Our servers have a fair usage per customer of 4000TB.
Therefore if you have 1 server, it is completely unmetered and without any limitations. However if you have multiple servers all using high bandwidth and you exceed 4000TB combined across all servers then we reserve the right to restrict the bandwidth to 1Gbps per server. There is no automatic process, and your server will never be disconnected.
To re-iterate, there therefore is no usage limit or restrictions for single servers. unless purchasing multiple servers, then the limit is combined across the servers and we have never restricted a customer yet. We want customers to have unmetered bandwidth without having to worry about bandwidth charges.

That bandwidth policy seems odd, sort of incentivizing customers to either only have one server or to multi account. You're probably better off just making the servers metered. This also means you can't do 10g in and out, only one way.

For 25Gbps/300TB servers and the unmetered fair use policy, only upload is counted. So there is no problem if pushing 10Gbps both directions as only the one direction counts.
I kinda get what @dan_onlyservers is trying to do. I think a better alternative would've been to advertise the servers with a 95th percentile or high metered traffic, and offer the first server a customer purchases as "10G unmetered" with a coupon code.
I can see people abusing this policy and making multiple accounts with 1x 10G unmetered server per account. Only way to combat that is ID verification, which will put off alot of customers.
I know this kind of pricing is unsustainable for any host, and I didn't bite into these deals because I was afraid they may rug pull down the road.
This is why we need a fair usage policy for if customers have multiple servers with unmetered bandwidth. Yes a few customers may be able to hide multiple accounts, but if someone was trying to order 50 servers this would be difficult to manage all the email addresses and payments.
The offer for 300TB with 25Gbps port is normally enough to do a 95th percentile of around 1.5-2.0Gbps, depending quite on traffic patterns.
We want to be transparent in our pricing. And offer 10Gbps unmetered to all customers with single servers. Customers can order one unmetered server and then the other servers metered if they wish - so what you suggest is already an option if you want one unmetered and the others with metered traffic.
