Google Search is dead due to greed to make money.. Other Search engines were never alive.. YouTube Vlogs provide much better on topic information but one has to filter the junk and fake stuff to find the good information..
Its problematic but one can still use search and with some amount of time in YT / FB or reel videos, one can be somewhat robust in filtering the fake and junk out..
The actual problem is with two type of people. First the spoon feeders, they always want their answer in simplest of terms and they are somewhat gullible to stay oblivious to the fake and junk stuff and it's negative effects. Then, there is that second fraction, for whom, creating content is livelihood. Most "cry" comes from the second fraction, since their content is stollen and they aren't getting any revenue.
Look back at history, this problem existed even since dawn of human civilization. Knowledge will flow and people will learn and share. No matter how much I cry and want to term it as stealing, it happened throughout history and it will continue to happen in future.
Same with AI. Greed will come here too, monetization will happen here too and fake stuff and junk will overwhelm A.I. responses too. Cycle will repeat.
