Dead Internet Theory is Real
Nowadays, paying for hosting and writing articles, that is getting indexed on google and people search on google and we get traffic.
Now serious problem is, google itself providing answer on the top of the search which demotivates the user to scroll below and on other end AI just hitting hard on scrapping the content.
In the end, No the revenue stream to content owners and people will discontinue the websites then no new content on web.
AI will starve to death and AIAgents pipelines on web talk to each other and create more fake content that's no longer worth and considered as a spam. We are just digging our own graveyard by ourself in the name of AI.

Word.
I'm almost positive this was AI written
I can confirm, that I have seen increasing number of requests from users with openai agent headers. I have absolutely no idea why they would need anything from my website that is just pure yaoi, smut, and gay porn.
Ok updated my original text
Yea, I use brave browser and the brave AI gives me paragraphs of answers to my questions. The only few websites left that I visit are LET/LEB and a very few.
It's kind of silly that the DOJ in America is forcing google to sell it's programs like chrome/android and some other stuff.
I mean, it's not like we are using chrome to search anyways when the answer is always right there.
Heres your ai generated answer for it, thanks to deepseek:
The Dead Internet Theory is unsettling but hard to ignore. So much of what we see online—AI-generated articles, bot-driven engagement, and algorithmically optimized content—does make the internet feel less 'human.' Platforms prioritizing viral trends over authenticity worsen the problem. Still, I don’t think the internet is completely 'dead.' Niche communities, independent creators, and real discussions still exist, though they’re harder to find. The bigger issue is whether we’re passively accepting this shift or demanding more transparency. If we don’t push back, the line between human and AI content will keep blurring.
Rather than being a doomer, you should take advantage of every opportunity you have while it’s here.
Google is the definition of a monopoly and should have been broken up a long time ago.
I'm ok with 97.9% of the shit on the internet simply ceasing to exist. Fuck off with your garbage "content" that serves no purpose but to clog my tubes and earn you 37 cents a week. Get off my fucking internet.
Ban AI bots.
ChatGPT comes with its chatbot in user-agent.
I've got no idea how to identify Google Gemini's bots. Anybody can help?
This is a good thing; no one has time to read all those SEO farming garbage blogs. It’s like, ‘how to change a light bulb?’
Three paragraphs about light, another two about bulbs, two more about recommended bulbs, and then the actual instructions followed by more unrelated garbage.
Google will not generate porn videos if you provide these type of contents.
Could they be people searching for specific title or categories via OpenAI instead of Google?
naughty AI agents
Solution form this is filter the incoming traffic and block all Ai bots.
Question about AI, I could've probably asked AI.
I wanted to make a scraper as a project once before. Got discouraged because of AI.
I wanted it to gather prices on items and send me lowest price, but the problem is a scrapers IP will get banned by several sites doing that. I didn't know how to get around that.
How come an AI can scrape without any punishment? IP don't get blocked, AI don't get called out. Nothing. Is what AI is doing by scraping data on websites not actually scraping? Would it be categorized as reading?
Use tailscale connect to your vps, if ip is blocked just restart the router it will give you new ip. Use different referrer, user agents , random cookies to generate history. Im doing this and promoting AI from my metadata tables 24/7 for structured data that i need.
[18/May/2025:17:06:15] 23.98.186.193 is now reading Jinx Chapter-1 from Mozilla/5.0 AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko); compatible; ChatGPT-User/1.0; +https://openai.com/bot
WHAT DO YOU MEAN OPENAI BOT IS READING JINX?? THATS PORN
It just evolve. Still, data by humans is generated and is more valued than ever.
google itself is losing revenue, as sponsored ads are underneath the AI summary.
As a user, you want accurate AI quick answer so can't have it both ways.
End of the day, the question is what the user prefers. And the user prefers quick accurate answers with minimum effort so the world has to accept this and adapt.
But unless your competitors all do the same then pointless? As if the AI can answer the question it doesn't matter if from you block it.
And in all the existing scraped data, anything not recent is already stored.
They will be using a large pool of proxy IPs and will change this IP if blocked.
They cheat and bypass bans to get people answers. That's very ethical.
Random big tech bro keep inventing ... things that human doesn't need.
I don't trust AI personally. It is confident and delusional. It invents things when it doesn't know and only repeats what humans say.
A platform where users exchange diverse opinions would be the ideal place for me to find practical solutions.
This is why the Internet isn’t going away—no one wants to engage with someone who just mimics others, spouts nonsense, and offers little real insight.
What is the URL? Asking for gay porn-obsessed AI friend.
"Changing a lightbulb can be challenging! Don't worry, we'll walk you through it, step by step..."
But first, some aff links.
I will not share in public because it really is yaoi smut gay porn but feel free to ask in DMs if you’re really that interested
usememos
"You wont believe how easy it will get to change lightbulbs. This is what they want you to not know. Click here to find out"
I hate it
Hey we could just ask @bdspice for the public link
Seems that blogging or other information related posts are going to get sucked up by many different AI agents and you probably won't get any human traffic for ads. On places with a social aspect, like social media, a forum like this, etc. will survive for a bit. However, nowdays, on twitter and youtube there's so much spam comments I think the platform operators will have trouble keeping the AI bots & comments out.
The future of the internet is going to be AI Spam, but it'll be so good you won't know it's spam. What you're seeing now is the worst version of AI we'll have, it'll only get better from here.
