    The firewall keeps blocking me, as I just retried with a different IP address. This is all personal email and I'm using the EWS password on MacOS mail, I just can't think of any reason why a password would go bad on its own. I haven't touched this since initially configured little over a month ago...

    I also added some information to the ticket re: password incident on March 28 as well as what you deemed as a bug on Apr. 10 - password requirements mismatch between webmail, IMAP and MAPI / EWS. Could any of this play any role?

    Good chance it does . I would set a new password or readd the account to outlook/emclient.

    Can you login to webmail with the login/password?

    I can now login with all 3 clients (web, iOS and MacOS). All it took is restarting the MacOS mail client (and another IP refresh). Should we expect the firewall to be that "itchy" and trigger a block every time there is an unsuccessful login attempt (possibly multiple attempts as MacOS mail did not report an error when used as Exchange client)?

    Also - any update about my reporting of the password requirements mismatch (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4387748/#Comment_4387748) which you deemed as a bug in SmarterMail?

    It saw you make a few dozen connection attempts at once (literally 20 - 30 EWS requests at once). We can whitelist IP's if you're ~static. I'll see about expanding the Firewall option to handle unblocks/whitelists on cranemail :)

    As of now Crane is no longer in LUX. We did final network cut over earlier today.

    @Francisco just took a look and you can't limit storage? Its unlimited unless reseller? Is there somewhere else you can control mail box size?

    Limiting an inbox is available to everyone. Limiting the domain is resellers only.

    Can't switch, but keep both if lifetime and use for rclone storage target if you don't want to use for mail :)
