What's That One Piece of "Dumb" Tech You Secretly Love?

We're all surrounded by smart devices – phones, watches, speakers, you name it. They're powerful and incredibly useful. But I was thinking, what about the "dumb" tech? Those simpler, often single-purpose gadgets or tools that aren't connected to the internet, don't have an AI, but just work and make your life a little better or more enjoyable.

For me, it might be my basic, old-school alarm clock. No blue light, no notifications, just a reliable way to wake up. Or maybe a really good mechanical keyboard that just feels great to type on, without any fancy software.

What's your favorite piece of "dumb" tech that you still use and appreciate in this hyper-connected world? It could be anything from a kitchen gadget to a specific type of pen!
