    Hi @LymbicSistem -- Thank You for pointing this out! Yes, we update our status page at status.racknerd.com religiously and with full transparency. Even the slightest issues that most customers wouldn't even notice get reported there (even non-customer impacting issues) - it's our commitment to keeping everyone informed.

    Today, it looks like we did report two isolated incidents across two host nodes (important to note these were specific nodes, not entire locations). It looks like both of these incidents were resolved fairly quickly.

    We believe in being completely transparent with our customers, which is why we're quick to document and communicate, even the most minor hiccups. Most status pages nowadays only show major incidents, but we report even the tiniest details down to individual node issues. Appreciate you keeping an eye on things! ❤️

    Hi @tel -- Out of the box, not at this time. However, you can easily follow this guide to set up your own automated backup solution using rsync: https://blog.racknerd.com/how-to-backup-your-vps-a-simple-guide-to-getting-started/
