Well, learned my lesson, should have listened to my gut feeling, cancelled both of my servers with GreenCloud and certainly will never buy again from them (not only because of this, also some other things, would have cancelled them anyway, just thought it would be nice to maybe transfer it to someone interested instead of simply shutting it down while it's paid until 2026 (would even have transferred it for free)).

But I know that many here like them, and I don't want to make a drama out of this/make this bigger than it is, and their megathread certainly was nice, so I'll just leave it at that. This will be my only comment on this (unless maybe if someone replies to this).

How did you literally ask this 10 minutes after I did exactly that with 2 VPSes?

I replied and explained the circumstances after the first response, and a senior staff? came in clutch and it transferred just fine.

And TBH I wouldn't have had any problem with it if they would simply have sent out an email instead of only posting it here in LET and silently changing their TOS.

I mean I can see why that's the case, but keep in mind that the staff replying to your ticket might not be fully aware of what their lead has said.

Same, I tried my luck yesterday.
I had 2 VMs, one which was purchased after the rule was made, and one before

They told me it's not possible for either. Such a shame, it was a 500GB Storage VM in AZ, just $12.5/y
( I got the 1TB doubled one for 35/3y, hence letting the 500GB go )

Could be the case but this has been happening for a while now, opened a ticket a month ago about the same thing (JP 2222 paid for 3 yrs before transfer rules) even mentioned it was purchased before the transfer rules in the ticket and was told "Unfortunately, it is nontransferable for this plan." and that was it.

I was just talking about this with @Decicus the other day, there's some... yellow flags with GC and my gut is just yelling at me.

Hopefully i'm wrong, but I agree with everything that you wrote.
