  Great question. I got proof in this screenshot from a DM. He isn't explicitly asking for 5-star reviews, but who in their right mind would leave anything but a 5-star review if, as the email says, the review is a) associated with their account via the link on Trustpilot, and b) tied to free perks?

  I'm not sure if this could be considered explicitly asking for a 5 star review, but near the end of the email, he says:
  "Just send us the url to your 5 star review and indicate what you would prefer as a
  complimentary token of gratitude."

  Edit: He explicitly asks for "the url to your 5 star review." Meaning that any customer with a less-than-perfect review isn't eligible for the benefits. Seems rather contrary to his opening line about "honest feedback," no?
