Nope. You are wrong. We made mistakes, but we never 'twisted reality', who do you think I am, just the Architect or Psychologist in the Matrix? Reality is what it is, you only twist it in your own mind otherwise. Did we feel offended and berated? Yes, did we react to that in kind? Not exactly, but we were upset from being attacked.
Don't put yourself in an easy position to be attacked then? Whether you will admit it or not, you snooped on a users data (sure they broke AUP, but you still did).
A user using most of their storage is not an excuse to take a look, hosting a lot of video type files is also not an excuse to look. You've also never cleared up how the data was "public" apart from it being within a public_html folder (if there's no domain attached anywhere, it isn't public to the world).
You could have easily cleared this up, you still would have taken flak, but you've doubled down on pretending you've done nothing wrong so it's kind of deserved. It's also pretty obvious you only waived the fee due to the backlash you got.

I've said what I said multiple times including the exact nature of the situation, the admitted mistakes and within all 20 pages of threads, which are mostly memes calling us out or mocking us. What is it that you want? We admitted to making mistakes, we never said we did not do what we did. But we do not admit to things that are misinformed people claiming things that are not. We corrected what was coming in as misinformation (regardless how or where that came from). It seems like you want me to grovel at my feet and beg for forgiveness stemmed from an AUP violation complaint from a Reviewer OP AUP violator, who consistently was disrespectful and insulting here and in tickets.
