good providers do not snoop on their customers' data, good providers can also deal with critical customers and critical customers who point out errors that then lead to progress may remain critical but all the more loyal.

Yes we told the customer exactly what happened by ticket. We did not snoop any data, we were looking at the service running on those ports not 'data'. If we had seen any data, clearly, the customer trusts us and that we would not use, misuse, or abuse the trust or data.
