  Not a professional advise but I usually do something else until I am super tired so I don't think so much - but I realise talking to someone works the best but make sure they are not the one that caused your depression to begin with. You might not even need to talk about why you are depressed, it is the companion that's important.

  Either way hope that whatever you are facing can be solved soon.
