    This is very true. It's a terrible circle. At the worst, most stressful, worn-down moments it's also the most difficult but if you can push yourself and gather the mental fortitude just do something physical and break the routine. I was in a spiral of stress/work/sleep 3-4hrs/repeat and I had to reset myself after a temporary medical issue forced my hand and made me re-evaluate both priorities and commitments. You cannot ignore your own well-being if you are to truly be there for others that you care about (family, friends, co-workers, customers, anyone).
