@FAT32 how you deal with depression/anxiety nowadays, today is turning out to be a very hard not to feel anxious/sad
You didnt ask me but I'm going to give my suggestion nonetheless:
You go to a healthcare professional, a psychologist if you have the funds or a psychiatrist if you dont and want to become functional fast.
Both if you have the money.
And exercise.
I feel like what I am feeling today is a bit different, I haven't felt this anxious/weak ever but , let me just stop here instead of starting an online drama
