  It is real Europe.
  Real Asia, but location has not been decided, we're still in talks with different DC providers (very very early stages).

  No, I don't think transfers of specials will be possible. We'll be running different gear in off site locations, so we couldn't make the promos work.

  That's the best I can give out for now, more details will be shared by yerec.
