Nah none have dropped from Crunchbits in the past 12 hours or so. Was two auctions this morning but nothing since then.

Looks like they have some GPU VDS or Dedi and some VPS stuff planned.

I never believed it could... yet always have it at the back of my mind that if it is possible, any amount would be worth it!

I’ll go against the cliche and say, sure, to an extent. I think my life will be more enjoyable and I’ll be able to do more holidays with family once my mortgage is paid off, for example, rather than a high portion of our family’s earnings going towards that.

At some point I think there is diminishing returns to wealth, but if I was to win a few million dollars it sure allows me to shift some of my priorities and where I spend my time.

Money buys in happiness insofar as it buys the things, opportunities, and experiences that make us happy, I'd say.

I think that’s a good way to put it. It can remove some barriers that might prevent doing things one would really love.

Why I believe there’s diminishing returns too.

If there were levels of happiness, H1, H2, H3; I'd say, money buys the lower levels of happiness like H3 when you are able to buy things you need/want or H2 when that money is used for the purpose of removing pain (and bringing happiness) like paying for medicines and treatments. But there are some kinds of happiness where money is not even a factor. We may look for different kinds of happiness at different stages of our lives.

To me my main motivation of earning more money is to allow it to be spend by the people I care a lot, either by my family or friends, assuming they reached out.

While I am not expecting completely nothing from them, but the least I am expecting is being remembered. And that, is my source of happiness.

I have no budget set when it comes to family and friends, albeit I do budget for my own spending.

    Ohhh that’s sad. RIP

Unsure on their itinerary but two of my family members flew out to Europe yesterday for an 6 week trip and amongst their many stops is/was to be the Vatican. Unsure when they’re due to go there and if it’ll overlap with the proceeding that will now occur or not. Least their accommodations all booked, best that I know.
