  No, GPUs are already on hand. I would never presell units we don't have with regards to GPUs--way too risky. We just have a few different marketplaces and white labeled providers that I have to keep in mind when pushing them out and not stranding resources.

  Accurate, but I don't do any of that outside of some extremely neutered versions on public marketplaces. Better for us/our strengths to sell bulk capacity to those who have a tighter/better software stack and let them mark up and handle spot.
