Bro, with all due respect, you made your point clearly and rather well.

Actually, his OP is full of questions that have easy answers. This is red flag. Make fucking statements and state how they should be, none of this stupid question shit across a bunch of unrelated things.

This whole thread is laying groundwork as an excuse OP can't afford the annual fee. It's not OP's fault he came to a place dedicated to low cost hosting and then felt the need to rant on how no one can do low cost hosting, it's everyone else's fault.

    You're wrong.

In the end, we'll be the ones who are bad for publishing a reality that many people don't dare to share.

We'll gladly pay for tag renewals if you're comfortable, but we can't share your ideals.

Then we see that many people publish more than 10 pages whose services don't work like providers who offer sunshine and sunshine for $1 a month. It's lamentable.

    We respect everyone!

@itachikonoha said: @raindog308 since you have access on technical side, could you atleast take a poll on whether people want the automatic draft save feature or not? Or may be given an option to turn off?

In hosted Vanilla or in more recent self-hosted versions, there's an option you can tick, but our version doesn't have that.

I believe, based on some light googling, that this functionality is provided by autosave.js, which is one of many .js files we present.

Perhaps the easiest solution would be for people who don't like autosave drafts to use ublock origin or whatever to block autosave.js ?

Closed thread on request of OP (= @nohavps )

Just to say that except for the owner and another person, the mods/admins of LET are volunteers. The mods/admins who are active try to be fair and consistent in enforcing the rules, but sometimes, there are decisions that can only be made by the owner

A couple of the providers that the OP mentions have been penalized: @Calin 's provider tag was suspended months ago, and @EvosHosting was banned months ago. @CharityHost_org hasn't been penalized by the mods/admins, but to a significant extent, he's been penalized by LET participants

In any case, it's hard to directly compare @Calin , @EvosHosting , and @CharityHost_org with each other, because the details are very different

As far as the nature of low-end promotions are concerned, this is a separate issue, and it would be understandable if a provider decided to avoid the low-end market segment altogether, but this is a separate issue
