Order Number: 1906638751
Invoice #1976344
Please extend my vps for 4th year and price locking.
Thanks.
Wasn't this over on March 3rd???
anybody have problem with dns in frankfurt?
Seems like some issues with DNS recently , servers keep losing connection
London has been offline for more than 12 hours
Also Frankfurt got rebooted with some downtime twice in the last 24 hours. Is that the famous high availability?
This company is not reliable. I wanted to use a stable vps, but it has been very unstable in recent months. I feel cheated.
aaaaaaaaaa many vps in frankfurt down
site https://www.massivegrid.com/ also was down
H/A Cloud VPS in London . My VPS has been down. Please fix immediately. Clients are waiting....
Yes, i thought service is very good, But lot of down time.
It's a good thing I'm not getting charged by uptimerobot for all the notifications I get about massivegrid frankfurt and london, w h e w.
This is a payment receipt for Invoice 1976867 sent on Thursday, April 10th, 2025

They are going to end any moment now! Hurry up if you can checkout at the order page!
Do not buy from this site at all. All the servers they deliver have problems and use a lot of RAM. A big scammer
My big mistake was buying this VPS.
I don't see any scam here, don't do that.
edit: I'm afraid of jinxing it but udp is fully working for me in both frankfurt and london. I don't know when it cleared up as I'd stopped paying attention.
Still london servers down. . No support. no responded to ticket. Very Bad
Yep. VPS on the London's server is down for 14 hours. No response to tickets.
I am under impression that they're shutting down their data center.
Yesterday and three days ago was the same, though they responded to my tickets in 4 hours and 3 hours accordingly, claiming sudden infrastructure issue. High Availability my elbow...
Massive pile of grid.
tbh this offer really tempting. But committed to 4 years contract is very dangerous.
If they're going to shout down they should inform to customers about it.
There is a huge packet loss on London VPS for several days. VPS is barely usable. Sometimes I cannot connect it through ssh.
This is ping result from London ip (not by Massive grid)
--- 185.44.67.82 ping statistics ---
100 packets transmitted, 81 received, 19% packet loss, time 99477ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 8.105/9.623/22.535/3.038 ms
The pricing did say everything before you order. They have taken on a lot of clients (more than expected) had to do massive upgrades, still selling these deals taking a lot of orders loading more on to the nodes because maybe there is free disk space with no regard for the CPU, network or ram possibly.
It is better to pay a little more and have it stable than go for the cheapest server you can find and daily have a complaint of it being down.
Long term you waste more in time and energy sending tickets, posting on forums and messing around rebooting, than if you paid a little more and had a smooth server.
so, whats going on with massivegrid lately? my VPS is down multiple times last week. and now even their website is gone..
is it really a scam or are they incompetent or something..?
I have 3 servers - they all seem to be struggling
My NY-based server seems to be doing fine, albeit I'm not using it for anything super heavy. According to my monitor, my last outage was on March 31st for an hour. I haven't been benchmarking it or anything, but it seems to be working well for my use, especially for the price I paid.
Some native IPv6 update would be nice, but it sounds like they've got their hands full with the recent issues people are reporting in the other clusters so I wouldn't be surprised if that was placed on the back burner.
At this point i consider them as scam. My idling vps in frankfurt has 60-80 steal. Basically it doesn't have any cpu to do basically anything. Not all cheap vps are scam. For example, my dasabo half eur/month vps is doing quite well actually.
Their servers are overloaded, frequent down-times in London location, RAM usage is always high which they said is normal when created ticket. Luckily only purchased for a year.
TechSupport soled my problems with London location in about 24 hours.
Can we know which problems?
What price do you think is "a little more"? Tell me more, please. Maybe 1$?
