I have a vps in frankfurt and performance still sucks. No upgrade at all so far. Promises over promises
I've VPSs with them in London and Frankfurt. Huge connectivity issues today to the point that the services are unusable.

I finally started migration testing with my server and it took 5+ hours to import a 20GB Mysql DB. I have no trust that it will be able to handle my meager production workloads.
Out of refund window so I guess I have a play server for the next 4 years. I already ordered a new dedicated server.
Btw, it's a NY server on the new storage cluster.
I'm not really mad, you take a chance with low cost services.
