Is RareCloud alive?

I purchased a VPS from RareCloud yesterday, and there is an issue. I submitted a ticket, but it has been 30 hours with no response. I also sent a DM on the forum, but haven’t received a reply. How can I reach them?

    Active but slow. I received abuse email dated 8 April, landed on me at 10 April.

    Maybe we don't have the fastest ticket reply here, but 5 days are a lot.
    Can you please DM with your email or ticket ID so I can check what was the problem?
