Another broken promise.
Looks like the whole /24 prefix of 185.44.65.0 is gone (Not longer announced). Therefore my (already canceled) vps is offline since more than 8h now. I dont care but maybe others in that v4 prefix do
looks like cogent is down now too. My VPS is up but there's no connectivity.

My Order Number is: 4774631964
Order Number: 6005589733
Please extend my vps for 4th year and price locking.
Thanks.
Massive winter host. Spring came and they disappeared. Now we can guess how many months in the datacenter those 3 year deals paid for.

I think there's some problem with the connection in Frankfurt. Can anyone corroborate this? TY
There are a plethora of problems.
But i'm talking about connection in this moment. Do you feel any issue about delay/lag/packet loss/wrong ping?
the worst purchase I've ever made in my lifeπ’π’π’π’π’π’π’π₯π₯π£

I'm having issues in my Frankfurt vps that I use as VPN. Sub 1mbit/s speed for around 5 days now. I also noticed very high packet loss.
If you ping, you don't see packet loss, but it does in applications. The connection seems wrong.
They assigned new IPv4 ranges last month, but no v6.
With no doubt.
Using a script to test some ports for packet loss. They told me there's no problem with their connections...
The packet limit is set to 10 max to be quicker but I think the amount of loss is even greater than that as an example.
Can anyone confirm such losses in Frankfurt connection?
I am also seeing some kind of network problem, only on my Frankfurt vps. Please share if you find out what the problem is.
It seems to only be happening on UDP protocol ports. TCP are right. UDP are dead.
Sending 200 packets...

Insane.
The least they could do is let their customers know if they're fixing this.
I also have a VPS in Frankfurt. I ran a MTR test from the server on port 53 to mimic actual DNS traffic. It's showing 70% packet loss on the first hop and 50-70% packet loss on further hops. There's a problem with their network - no doubt about it.
I suspect it may have something to do with the innacurate traffic issue they were having which still seems to have not been fixed.

Thanks
The quality of the VPS is terrible, this is a scam. The VPS has constant downtime and is unusable. Installing the OS took several hours, and installing the panel also took hours. The support is bad as well. Do not use services from here.
There's definitely something going on in MassiveGrid's network, and they are not able or willing to fix it. It's impossible to use UDP ports from MassiveGrid.
Sending 200 packets to 3 random UDP ports from another Nested VPS from xxxxxxxxxx.xxx:

Sending 200 packets to 3 random UDP ports from MassiveGrid network (It should have been 3 ports but I got confused and put '34000' twice
):

These tests have also been carried out in other ports, and the results remain regrettable.
Please, someone else confirm this information. Ty.
I canceled my order yesterday. Idk if they will refund or not neither do I care. Not worth the hassle
Edit: I also noticed more than half of the dns resolve requests(sorry if I'm not using the correct term) fail.
