Thanks for the reply. unfortunately this constant downtime is still ongoing so I will have to move to a different server.
Shared sql got finished a couple hours ago so we are about to start pulling the heaviest users off. I’ll be posting the public beta in a couple hours.

Can I set up a ssh account? I need to log into ssh to run some commands.
You can ssh to the server via port 53667. IIRC, it works out of the box although there is no Terminal in DA.
Thanks bro!
Thanks @nick_ for sharing details, but yes - SSH enabled on all plans.
Usually when SSH isn't enabled you've got a reseller and forgot to give 'SSH Access' permissions in whatever package you assigned that account.
The crate has been picked up and is enroute to NL

Will be there any downtime (I guess yes) when you will move to NL? If yes, how much time do you expect to be the services down and if the IP will be changed. Many of we have Cloudflare so we have to modify that manually.
Waiting for your answer!
No, we'll live migrate them and IPs won't change. There will just be some added latency until we finish moving all nodes (tunnel between LU and NL).
Small network cutover when everything is done and we start announcing IPs out of NL.
Any work going on in SG DA server, seeing a lot of blips
MySQL issues that I woke Fran up to help fix.
Offloaded SQL SG coming very soon, lol.
SG DA server down
It's back now, with new added DDOS protection
Someone heard how good CraneMail was and wanted to use it for phishing - and got a little angry when banned.
Any issues with the SG node, lots of blips since yesterday and currently websites down.
MySQLs been locking up. Mike is already on it. Might be another case of an offloadsql being needed.

Please have someone fix it for good. It's frustrating.
Yes Please
I was wondering how NameCrane's shared hosting compares to RackNerd's. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
good news.
I'm waiting for the EU cranemail.
You have been placed on 302rd place. Please wait patiently!
Its okei, nothing special, had lil downtimes, at some point site is slow, today had few times mysql problems, for dev its ok, prod deffo wont recommend.
Thanks for the feedback.
SQL's been a problem but we've finally figure out where the issue is and have been able to fix it globally
far less 'why is sql eating 2400%' alerts.
We've also pushed a bunch of people off to offload, but SG doesn't have that (yet).
Working to clean that up.

Ok, good. I'm uk-shared01, it was pretty good at first, the last couple of months have been having problems. I used to have Lux, it worked fine, I think I remember having problems with emails once or twice, that was it. Otherwise, good job and keep up the good work!
Everything had a similar spike in faults with SQL due to some defaults that Cloudlinux put in place, as well as a few buggy MariaDB updates. We finally figured out what changes it was and reverted those. Its been much calmer.
Thanks,
Francisco
Namecrane DA is unsuitable for production sites, frequent downtimes and SQL issues, working on Wordpress admin gives frequent Connection lost problem.
This also happened to my SG hosting, it's been up and down every day for a week.
Happy so far with my new york 1000g crate, paying monthly but noticed a mysql issue the other day, hopefully it wont happen again.
