In my opinion this bandwidth predicts that in the future OVH will look 1 Gbps as standard. They did a high number of network infrastructure maintenance in the past, seems to be that they want a very strong offer for dedis in EU.

And this offer confirms too that they support gambling, not limiting orders because orders generate profit.

Without setup fee, for this price, guaranteed and lottery spec without setup fee is the biggest offer in the low-end range.

I'm interested, what will OVH offer in the future.

Yep, I think the actual offer only made it to the french site, not 100% sure but i dont think it appeared on any other region homepage

I got 4 unpaid ones still, should I?

    Do it!!!!

Nah, I am gonna challenge my luck at this point, but the LIM invoice .....

Whats the worst that can happen? OVH earns a little bit of interest off your money while processing your refund?

Nevermind its not LIM, just RBX and SBG, so meh

    My E2288G is in RBX

Okay gonna pay RBX, wish me luck.

Hoping for a huge win for you!

Delivered, can't open the dash as usual, gonna be a disappointment, probably.

    epyc 128gb

    XeonE-2288G + 2TB NVMe

    HE DOESNT MISS

I want a really bad one, so I stop gambling, I still got 3 invoices....

You HAVE to pay them at this point

Later, first I have to finish my Transfers, then we go Gamble again.

Is it really gambling if you win 100% of the time?

Technically you are right, people buy any config or I just refund it.

Ohh, the old times, when the 960 GB LE-1 was the absolute winner. :D
In 2022 my OVH journey started with this.

The today's gambled modells beats the 2022 and 2023 KS and SYS LE low-end editions. The lucky ones got better hw for smaller prices with le-b and mistery.

Prepare your euros and dollars, read about the API, OVH seems to be like generating traffic on this forum. And they love the idling gamblers money, exceptionaly outside from EU where refund is not possible. :D

  • Just curious, if you get a faulty disk on an upgraded Mystery servers, like a 2x2TB NVMe and you need one or both disks replaced, what would you do if they replace it with a 480GB SSD thats advertised?

Has that happened to anyone in the past?

No they don't modify afterward, and this sale was advertised as random upgrade so 0 chance they just downgrade your stuff

  • The fomo is just getting worse and worse each time I open this tread...
