Since I’m paying someone to pay an unpaid invoice and transfer the server to me, the question is,
After he pay the invoice, he can immediately transfer the order or he need to wait until the server is delivered and activated?

What's stopping the seller from sending you a "base config" server if they have one lying around, and blame OVH for your bad luck, even if they get an Epyc one?

Is it really gambling if you win 100% of the time?
In my opinion this bandwidth predicts that in the future OVH will look 1 Gbps as standard. They did a high number of network infrastructure maintenance in the past, seems to be that they want a very strong offer for dedis in EU.
And this offer confirms too that they support gambling, not limiting orders because orders generate profit.
Without setup fee, for this price, guaranteed and lottery spec without setup fee is the biggest offer in the low-end range.
I'm interested, what will OVH offer in the future.
