How much time did you wait for them to respond back? Still waiting for my credits.
Now you can idle your servers for a longer time
I believe that's how they do it, you can move them back to your payment method after they have issued the credit from your panel.
At least that's how my refund process went last time I did it:

The original request for a refund is still unanswered my second one was passed to someone else internally? and my latest one took about 24 hours for a response but they seemed to of refunded it straight away

lmao, just called OVH regarding my first order.
The product is being deliveredsince yesterday, approximately 23 hours ago. According to their support rep basically said it's out of stock (gra DC) and they can't change DCs after the fact. I could either get a refund or wait until April 22nd (which is basically all the servers y'all cancelled for not being upgraded).I had apparently placed a second order yesterday but forgot to pay, paid it today and it's also stuck in validation, and he couldn't see if it can be delivered (not sure how it could be if first order is out of stock).

@allthemtings did you do 1 ticket per refund? I just put all orders into one ticket, but am waiting for any response....
I created separate ones and it all assigned to same person
So it doesn't matter I guess.
I tired putting all in the 2nd ticket but that seems like it was to much info for them to process (2 orders at the time) and they escalated it to another member of staff - Still no response on it 24hours+ later
My first ticket/first order still has no response on it despite my latest order being already refunded so who knows what goes on at OVH support
